one of combo vac/shampoo has no power to the unit. i checked the fuse and relay coil (rectangular), relay 24v Mercury it seem to be ok. The only thing left is the pump, air compressor and transformer. I do know that the last setting on the timer was on shampoo when it went out because i switch it out to another vac/shampoo it automatically switch on to shampoo. which is likely to be the problem? or is it something else? cause right now timer wont even power up.

Did you solcve this. HArd to tell from your description but:

Did you check output on 24 Volt transformer?

On some there is a small fuse for the 24 Volts. It is just to the right of 2 relays inside. It's a gray holder that swings open at the bottom. If fuse is blown a red light shows.

Yes found the problem. The screw was loose on the terminal block burnt the ends and shorted the unit. Sorry for the confusion, what i was trying to say was i replace everything but the pump, air compressor, and transformer. When i was trying to take the transformer out notice wire ends burnt... got lucky.
