Why do banks hate car washes?

So many got foreclosed on in this region. My theory was the seller had lots of buyers fall through and is giving up?

This is the problem with getting advice from consultants/experts/owners from other regions. I was pulling from actual experience and from people I have talked to, have worked with in the region though.

As for due diligence, there are several carwash blogs floating around were you may be able to gleam some free intelligence.

However, most of the one’s I visited (i.e. cwguy.com) look like someone had a bowel movement and forgot to wipe themselves.

What have you got to lose? $145,000 for a land baron like you should be peanuts.

If you can convince the bank, sign the loan agreement and run. Or are you dropping a dime and paying cash?

Also I am not pimping anything on my site like yours? It's a blog? Also I would never hire you after reading and looking at your web site. Do you want me to send my web consulting bill to your home address? Did you pay for those images on your site or are they royalty free?

That’s the great thing about reaching the point in life where I do not have to work to pay all the bills – I don’t have to be concerned about what someone like you thinks.

As for your assertion that I’m a pimp, I’ll take that as a compliment. At least, I’m not the one lying on my back trying to make a living.
