Converting 2 bay Air Logic tri foam to 3 bay, any change to "smart relay" needed?

I changed the 2 bay manifold valves to 3 bay, and while wiring, noticed each bay has its own input to the smart relay. If I wire 24vac to the third input terminal on the relay so it energizes when the 3rd solenoid is powered (same as bay one and 2 are already) will that work or will I have to reprogram the relay? I would have no idea how to do that.

The controller won't need to be reprogrammed, just hook the new bay to it.
