What company is everyone using with their WS II's and high speed processing with a site server? TSYS says they don't have a solution if it's not dial up. I'd like someone with competitive fees and an easy process for PCI compliance.

Thanks

I ahve Time Warner Cable as my hi speed provider. I use Priority Payment SYstems for card processing as recommended by Unitec. Im not sure how competitive they are on the fees as I did not shop around. Im happy with the service. works great. I want to say it was like $1200-$1500 for the modem so that stinks. BUt it all seems to work well and I was able to get someone on the phone as I was getting it set up. I havent had to call them in a year.

We use washremote. It does way more than just accept credit cards though. Also doesn't cryptopay make a retrofit kit these days for the wsII?

I called Priority. He was actually in his car traveling for the holiday and answered and emailed me all the paperwork so he could get me set up as soon as possible. Seems like they will be on the ball if I ever need them. As for cryptopay, it was installed on the WS II when I bought the wash and I ripped it all out. The faceplate looked cheap and I hate the idea of telling customers to go home and login to a website to get a receipt when the machine at the end of their finger has the ability to print one on the spot. Just my opinion.
