At the car wash I manage, the area of the conveyor where we load the vehicles is outside. Whenever it gets dark it is very difficult for our attendants to load vehicles on to the conveyor because it is so dark it is hard to see. The reflection of headlights also makes it difficult.

Does anyone know of an idea of lighting for the conveyor specifically? We have lighting on the outside of the building but it still isn't easy to see. Trying to think of something before we end up damaging a rim!

There are forward throw lights you can mount on the building high enough so thy don't get in the customers eyes. One of these - 400W equivalent will do the trick.

How about installing some LED strip lighting on the outside edges of the conveyor rail to illuminate more like a runway light? Should be an easy target for your customers to see and help align properly. Most conveyors have support structures for the top rail that you should be able to strap them to.
