I’m finishing up renovations on our new car wash. I’m trying to get the proper ratio of HP Soap and Wax. Right now I went by what is shown on Kleen Rite for tip sizes. While I can see some soap it just doesn’t seem like much. If I was a customer I would definitely want to have more soap. Also, I barely see the wax. It definitely is not “foaming”.
I’m guessing by teeing into the main suction line I’m diving my dilution ratio by half? So do I need to double my tip size?
For Soap:
Simoniz Body Bath HP Soap
Calls for 600/900 to 1 Dilution
506 Hydrominder with Purple Tip mixing into a 15 Gallon Tank
Tank connects to a KIP Valve, 1/4 line from valve tees into the 1/2” main suction line on pumps.
For Wax:
Simoniz Blue Magic Foaming Wax
600/900 to 1 Ratio
506 Hydrominder with Pink Tip
15 Gallon Tank connects to a KIP Valve, 1/4 line from valve tees into the 1/2” main suction line on pumps.
