Counter "Time UP" ++ Bonus Time

Hello,

We are trying to convert the LED counters to time up instead of time down in our Self Server Bays. Also we want to give 2 minutes bonus time for every 10 minutes they have spent. We know this feature can be configured for the coins because by the nature they are count down only. In count down, every time the counter hits ZERO, bonus time be added as long as they have used for 10 minutes.

However, if the customer uses card and the LED's are counting up - Is it possible to configure the timers to give bonus time for every 10 minutes used and along with the timers counting UP ??

What kind of LED timer are you using?

We are right now at LED6 timers.

There's no way to do what you want in the timer program. You can only give a bonus of time on coins deposited, a single bonus once X coins is reached, a bonus each time X coins is reached, or a bonus for every coin once X coins is reached.

The timer doesn't control CC time, so if there isn't a way to offer a bonus in their configuration, that can't be done either.
