Hi Guys,

Just about to add Nayax card system to my self-wash bays, and I was just wondering what payment types you guys have implemented in yours, regardless of you having Nayax or a different system like CryptoPay.

Do you guys do the price up / timer up, a set price or multiple pricing options? Just curious on which type you guys have, and would love to hear your reasoning as to why you choose so.

Cheers!

Im doing count up with a $15 limit. I also have my CC priced slightly higher than cash to offset the fees.

Count up with a $15 limit incase they forget to hit stop. Like Keno said you should not charge more for credit cards. You want to encourage credit card users they will be your best customers and you get to empty, unjam and service your coin/bill acceptors less often.

Thank you Lighthouse.

Yes as I mentioned as part of the "sticky" under the Topic: Nayax - Ask Harry the Nayax Expert, Nayax is one of VISA's top 30 Payment Facilitators in the world. We are at 1.5 Billion transactions a year and growing. That means we are the payment facilitator for the vast majority of our operators as they realize, they do not have to pay Interchange Plus which the processing companies charge elsewhere which means every month, the operator must pull out their calculators, to figure out their real processing fee for that month. Interchange Plus is always a changing moving target. Nayax eliminates all of that with LIVE transactions and set fees.

If you have not read my "sticky" under the topic: Nayax - Ask Harry the Expert, take 5 minutes and read through it. Learn, educate, and grow....

Thanks to the many who have reached out to ask me questions, get guidance, or gain my assistance within Nayax.

All the best and if at NRCC, please stop by and say hi,

Thank you.

Firm believer in 4 price points for customer to choose on the nayax screen, and count down. Was count up for years ...switched and that ended all calls from customers forgetting to turn to stop and getting max charged. Card % increased a bunch. Customers know what they are spending and like it...a lot.

Thanks Kentadel for writing.

I assume you use bonus minutes as well? I am at NRCC in Atlantic City now and at shows we display and get very good feedback at $5 5 Minutes; $8 9Minutes; $11 13 Minutes; $13 16 minutes; $15 20 Minutes.

Showing a very small incrementally increasing bonus gets a higher average ticket and operators see higher revenue in decent locations as well as eliminating the stop button issue industry operators sometimes complain about. The beauty also is operators can look location by location where the higher tickets are sold and increase or decrease by adding more buttons or less or more or less bonus minutes, specific to the uniqueness of each location.

We only get strong feedback on multi-price with bonus minutes.

Thank you for sharing.

Harry
