I just installed several as you know. After getting over the ryko SS wiring it was very easy to install. I got mine with a
coin box so everything was prewired. All we had to do is match up the function wires and power wires to the 1/2 of plug that was supplied. We also had to have 2 wires for the speaker and a phone line for the
credit card. Once everything was wired and working to the
coin box all that was needed to program the
credit card reader was to swipe a preprogrammed card through the reader and all the information is retained in the timer/ computer. I do not think Jim has got around to the
fleet cards yet but I think he is working on discount cards. It is only using about 20% of its capacity right now with added features to come in the future.
If you are just buying the CC reader only to get the talking features you would need to hook the wires up from the rotary switch to the back of the timer yourself.
