Crypto Pay ACW retrofit charging less

i just installed my Crypto Pay ACW retrofit kit , when i login to the cryptopay website i see my coordinator connected but under the swiper tab it says no device connected , customers are able to swipe the card but interesting is when the customer chooses a $8 wash , the charges shown on the cryptopay website shows charged $5 , seems like it is charging $5 for any wash , i did a test with my credit card and the same thing $8 wash was charged $5 , all type of washes are charged $5 , is there anything additional setup that needs to be done with hamilton or cryptopay.

I'd call Cryptopay first thing Monday morning and talk to them.

On that one you go into the Hamilton computer and set the prices and that talks to the crypto pay .
