Experienced some awesome customer service from Tom and gang at Crypto Pay.

They went the extra mile for me recently!

They did what they said and more. In the words of Bill Pitzer, they delivered more than their promise.

I have worked with Tom a few times and he is always awesome to deal with. What did they do for you? Just curious so that I can know what I can ask for

I do not have a crypto pay system but was reading in the Wall Street Journal some interesting information. It seems that Apple starting in September making it so that their phones would be encrypted right at the phone instead of in the cloud. This makes it almost impossible for the NSA to track the new cell phones. This could be a problem for the NSA to follow the traffic that terrorists create using a cell phone. For a credit card service though it seemed like the way to go. Sounds like crypto pay started using this years before Apple and it will be the next big thing. Boogle has adopted this already and looks like more will follow.

I use Cryptopay now and do like it but what I don't like about it is that the customers have to go online to print out their receipt. Customers don't want to do that. I did find a new company called POS Tech Solutions that does the same thing but prints receipts. Looks like the same prices but a lot more options. Check out their website www.postechsolutions.com. Does anyone have any experience with them?

i've never had a cryptopay customer even ask about a receipt. they tell me they look at their acct online for their card and see the charge for the carwash there.

I've had a couple people ask about a receipt in the last two years and for them I just emailed them a receipt I made using Microsoft Word. You can see what they spent online and what time, so it was easy.
