Crypto pay transactions delay

Starting to get transactions coming in from yesterday, but they are suspiciously all for the base start-up charge. When the transaction is opened to see what bay was used I get this...

Update: I finally spoke to Cryptopay this morning and they confirmed that it was an outage on their side impacting some of their customers. They expect the issue to be fixed by today or tomorrow. Mine is back up and running now.
