Cryptopay $10 auth for vacuums

I recently added Cryptopay to my vacuums. My debit card customers keep calling stating "the vacuum charged my $10". I know this is a credit authorization but is there any way I can make the transaction go through without the $10 auth? My vacs are count down with a $2.00 charge per swipe.

You can contact Cryptopay and have them lower the pre-auth to $2. Keep in mind that the pre-auth amount is sitewide.

I am telling you if you will change the name of your car wash on cryptopay to "Pre-Auth Auto Shower" or whatever the name of that wash is, 99.9% of those calls will go away. I used to get several calls a week, sometimes daily. Now I might get a call every couple of months.
