Cryptopay-ACW4 question

2 times today I had people swipe their card at my LW4000 acw4 with the CPay retrofit. Both times it charged them and approved the wash, but the wash didn't start up. Says sale approved on screen, but no drive forward or indication that the wash would start. Thoughts? Your help is appreciated!!!

CPay told me I could use my button enabled swipers on the ACW. Any idea how to get this to work in the configuration?

FYI- it was a blown 24v relay in the acw

I can not get my cryto pay to work on my acw 4 any ideas? Did you have good luck from the start?

Yes, I did. Is you cc properly wired? The router close, and getting good signal? You should give tech support a call. They are super helpful.
