Cryptopay Button Enabled swiper in the ACW4?

Does anybody know how to configure the Cpay button swiper so it will work in the ACW4 retrofit kit? I think my swiper went bad, and need to configure the spare to work.

I put the button swiper in the ACW. Black/Black, Blue/Blue, Yellow/Yellow. Still get the "bay" configuration drop down menu in the configuration.

Help would be appreciated.

Man I think you should call cryptopay to be sure but because of the input/outputs I don't think it's possible. But I could be wrong just ask my ex wife!

You can use a button style swiper on the acw. You just need to call CPay and have them change the firmware

Yeah I've done it twice now.. Acw unit failed put in a backup buttoned reader, that failed few months later. Stole one from a bay and put it in. Still under warranty so waiting for replacements now..

Its wired the same, just call crypto to provision the reader after you have it powered up.
