Cryptopay Customer Support hours/days

While Cryptopay customer service is excellent when available, I find it hard to believe there’s still no weekend help. Cryptopay, being so ingrained in the car wash industry, not having customer support over the weekend (our busiest time) makes no sense. What’s everyone’s opinion on this?

I agree but we would have to pay more for their fees and equipment costs for them to cover the weekends. Labor isn't free.

Agree on the cost of employees. So, in that case, possibly a pay per call emergency support? When a site is down over a weekend that does thousands in sales, any operator would rather pay for weekend support than risk losing all those sales and having customers drive to a competitor because they don’t carry cash. Weekend business is too crucial to many larger operators with busy sites to wait till Monday for support.
