Cryptopay hookup

Just got 4 more cryptopay swipers to ad.

They now have 4 wires. In addittion to the Yellow, Blue and Black, there is a "New / 4th" Red wire.

All the instructions I have and their website references 3 wires. What do I do with the 4th / red? (Left message for the support help line but no response yet.

The red wire is not needed if you did not use it before. They told me that they now have two power wires for more flexibility. One is dc, other is ac. On mine I just left the red wire unhooked and taped it to the side.

Most coin acceptor outputs are 12VDC, this is the Blue wire. The Red wire is used when 24VAC is required for the coin acceptor output. Most of the time the Red wire isn’t going to be used.
