I noticed my tranaaxtion came to a squeching halt a few days ago. We've had some cold and rain so on a low volume car wash, it wasn't unexpected. But by the 3rd day I got suspicious. I ran my card through and after an abnormally long verification the bay started. But the transaction never posted.

I've reviewed the quickstart guide and searched here for potential solutions.

I reset the modem, router and pushed the SW1 button. I did this numerous times shutting things down and starting them back in different order.

The internet seems to be connected and working I logged on to the wifi with my phone and did a speed test. It came back 95.2 maps down which is what I would expect.

Anything else to check? When i pushed the SW1 the lights flashed and appeared to be connecting. But after a few minutes the B light stays on constantly. Pic attached

We had this issue several years ago and the transactions were "stuck" in the coordinator. I can't remember what we had did to fix it. It seems like we had to reset it with the button.

I actually saw your issue when I searched. There was a long power outage several days ago. But it came back on and by now I would think it should have settled the transactions.

When I check on the cryptopay site it shows the coordinator is offline. So, it is something related to the internet, I'm just not sure how to fix it.

BTW, your wash is looking great. I love the glass extension, it really pops.

I had this same issue. I tried all the resets and connections, no luck. Replaced the coordinator and it went to working. Cryptopay tech support was very helpful

That is what my fear is. I've tried resetting the modem and router. I think something happened to the coordinator. I'll call tech support on Monday morning.

Dont sweat it. Its not expensive and all your transactions will post the first night you get it hooked up.

getnbusy, I had a card blocked (chargeback abuser)at two sites. Both coordinators quit working that night. I bought one new coordinator and bought a used coordinator from a friend. Three Months later I blocked another card at one site and that used coordinator went bad that night too. Cryptopay denies any responsibility. They said "it came back online after we updated" But that is just way too coincidental for me to believe that.
