Cryptopay does not seem to be settling transactions today. Most recent purchase was yesterday at 9:35 PM and we were pretty busy today. The coordinator's "A" indicator light is flashing at a very rapid rate and according to the manual it is storing the transactions. I think this happened a few years ago but it started settling them in the late afternoon. Of course Cryptopay is not available after hours or weekends but we did email them. Is there something that we can do on our end?

I just noticed that some of my attendant card transactions are showing up but the time stamps are five or six hours later.

They came in and all of them are time stamped about 10 PM and a little thereafter. I forgot to mention that the swipers were taking about 20 seconds to verify instead of the usual one second or so.

I have my doubts that all our transactions came in because I just noticed that some of my attendant card transactions are missing. I'm not sure how to tell for sure without spending many hours looking at camera footage.

Your coordinator must have been disconnected. I have had this happen and when I went to view site status the coordinator was offline. Did a reset holding down the sw1 button unplugged power waited 30 secs and it connected. 2 hours later all transactions posted.

The coordinator status was online every time I checked it plus like I said earlier it was counting coins throughout the day. I thought the reset button might lose some transactions so I didn't mess with it.

Maybe it lost internet for a short period of time and for some reason it was storing the transactions for 12 hours even after the internet was back up. I never noticed the internet was ever down all day. Next time I notice the issue I'll reset the coordinator.
