Cryptopay statement question?

I had the $199 annual fee on my December statement??? Called world pay and they said not a mistake and it is to help fund continual improvements to security blah blah blah.... But i could have misunderstood as the gentlemen on the phone as he had a very heavy accent and i couldn't understand him well???
Typical. Looks like the refund memo hasn't yet filtered into their Bangladesh phone bank sector

Worldpay's customer service is completely off the rails. It would take me too long to type out all the awful stories of the phone calls we have had with them. Dealing with the corporate people have been great though and since they are in Colorado you actually understand what they say.

So Ourtown do you know of an easy way to contact the corporate offices? Can they help us with removing these fees and other ongoing issues? I also have a very difficult time communicating with their overseas customer service.

Good luck dealing with world pay. I did the recent mandatory switch from First Data to word pay. Their representative, Krystal Mack would call me several times a week trying to get me to switch. After the switch I try to call her with questions because I can't get any answers through their call center and she never answers and doesn't return voice mails I leave. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

They’re reading this board. It was no coincidence that I got an email offering a credit for the $199 annual fee, just one day after I raised the question on this thread.

Worldpay also knew about the discussion of how poorly their store card rollout was received. I mentioned it to their sales rep when she was trying to sell me reward cards and she knew all about the gripes on this forum.

Maybe if we keep hollering and banging pots they’ll shape up.

Anyone else being charged a $3.50 chargeback service fee each month? On the contract it was blacked out. Didn't say 0 or have an amount. I asked before signing and the rep told me that it was because due to the cryptopay agreement, there are not chargeback fees. Now they charged me one anyway, and it's been over a month of me being promised multiple times that someone from billing would reach out. I miss dealing with Luke and First Data.

Just looking over my WorldPay statement. 49 different fees- each one taking their little percentage of that card swipe. And they wonder why we as merchants get upset with their practices.

Just got off the phone with Worldpay. First, I spoke with someone oversees and she was not able to assist me so she transferred me to the customer service in the United States. When I explained that we are a Cryptopay customer he knew right away and told me that it is true that Cryptopay customers should not have this annual fee of $199. He said they have been having a lot of complaints from Cryptopay customers regarding this issue. He told me it would be refunded. Definitely worth the call.

I really wanna add Cryptopay to all my SS bays, @ all washea, but this stuff worries me.
Nothing to worry about w/ qrtrs...

So far this $199 fee is the only glitch I've had in 8 months after installing crypto pay - and they refunded it. My monthly total fees are averaging 4.8% and my credit card revenues are now running 28% of gross sales (and climbing) for a 7 bay SS. I'm calling it a big win and I'm glad I pulled the trigger.

soonermajic & others,

Now that we notice a much tinier proportion of the quarter look alike Susan B Anthony when we get our large supplies of prez-sac coins ... we are seeing even less to worry about when it comes to the also waterproof higher denomination prez-sac dollar coins. It appears that when the numerous Numismatic Persons within the crowd at our State Capitol at a hearing ... in response to my Commerce Question to the US Mint Top Brass back during the state quarter hype is finally proving to be correct!. They emphatically said to not worry about the SBs because they will be collecting them out of circulation .... 100% TRUE & ACCURATE OF WHAT WENT DOWN JUST BEFORE THE PHOTO OPS BY THE POLITICIANS THE NEXT DAY!

No annual fee on December statement. Our Town - We have the $3.50 charge back fee - but no Charge backs??? How about you.? All In 5.01%.

Had a $2.50 chargeback service fee on the Dec statement and no chargebacks. Also, without the $199 annual fee, our all in was 4.5%

I have multiple accounts and 2/3 had the $199 annual fee.. The two that had the fee are with WashCard. I knew nothing about this fee until now..

Anyone else know about this? I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they say.

So I called about the $3.50 Chargeback service charge. they said i had the choice of this special low monthly charge or per chargeback charge of $15.00 and if I went to the per chargeback charge and decided to switch back later I wouldn't get this special rate. Since I get about 1 a year, i went with the per chargeback charge.. Time will tell.

I had them switch me over to the per chargeback fee as well instead of monthly. Just got hit with the $199 charge on the merchant account for my Pay Stations, so another phone call upcoming. Not Cryptopay, so I wonder what they will tell me.
