While talking to CryptoPay yesterday, I was informed that they now offer wash down card capability. You simply use any credit card you personally carry, they capture the card number. Once they designate it as a wash down card you can use it in any of their swipers you have on site and there will be no charges billed and no fees. The amount is displayed on your sales report as "wash down". You can designate as many cards as you like if you want to enable it for employees. The "wash down" is displayed prominently on the report so it would be easy to verify that the employee used his card while he was actually working.

Call them. I did it while on the phone with them. Unlike us, they can look at your account and see the transaction immediately. You tell them the name on the card and they designate that card and any others you authorize.
