Customer claims my preppers shattered her rear taillight

This is on a 21 Nissan Titan. Manager who has been here 9 yrs, & prepped over 75k cars, says No way they could do that, & have never broke a light anywhere.
We use hogs hair w/ the rubber bumper, so this does NOT happen! Also, customer didn't say anything for several days, but claimed she went straight from taking it outta the dealership shop(60 niles away), to my wash.

Customer likely backed into something somewhere...claim denied. Wants it fixed for free.
A new big vehicle for customer, customer not used to vehicle length. ... etc.

More than a pipe wrench, crescent wrench, or a razor blade, the video camera is the most important tool I use on a daily basis.
