Curious if any carwash owners have charged customers for damaging their automatics ?

Ok that’s good to know as I’m getting tired of customers wrecking my equipment and always been to kind and paid for the damages myself … getting tired so next time if there is a next time I hope not but I will charge them .

Yes, always if we can catch them. Good cameras that get license plates have paid for themselves many times over already. And a PD that helps business owners catch the perps

Yes, If i can catch them i charge them...not just for the parts but for my labor too, if the leave the scene i post criminal charges as well.
