customers that wont leave

My iba is programed to call my cell phone when the wash detects a problem. This is a really cool feature, the only problem is when a customer wont leave when the wash cycle is over, then I get a call from the wash. I have put up signs indicating to exit when the wash cycle is over. It is very clear when the wash is over but they dont want to leave. Any ideas??

How long are they staying in the IBA? Our Vector has the same feature, but it doesn't call unless someone has been parked on the treadle for three minutes.

If they're just not paying attention, maybe you could rig up a loud horn to sound to wake them up to get them to leave. Any idea why they stay?

They're talking on their damn cell phone is what's happening! I don't know how many times I've seen people in my bays just blabbing away. I'm not to patient with the inconsiderate bass turds and run them out if they don't wrap it up pretty quick.

Had a drunk once fall asleep in the bay!
My M5 will blast a load horn after a preset period. If the car doesn't leave, it will then take the wash out of service and I get an email to my cell.
However, it has yet to be a problem...but my SS bays is a different matter!

Yes, people are sitting in the bay for over three munites. once i get a call on my cell i have to either go to my computer to see what is going on or head straight to the wash depending where im at.

A distributor of mine has video footage of a couple engaged in explicit sexual acts while parked in the wash bay. The customer however did buy the top wash. We were guessing that he wanted to be assured the wash cycle would last more than two minutes.

Same stuff here. People on cell phones. Having sex. Getting high. The wash bay is their cocoon where they sit and have a few nice moments of privacy.

Except for the fact that's all recorded onto my dvr!

I don't for one minute believe that people would have sex in a car wash bay. I demand proof! Post the video so that we will know what to look out for!
