Cut inside sidewall of passenger-side front tire

Has anyone experienced this before? We front wheel pull from the driver's side so the other side just roll over raised slick plates.

Not likely it happened at the wash. Possible causes.

Under carriage got moved somehow.

Something fell off another vehicle and got lodged under this one.

If it was caused by the wash it would (sadly) hapen a bunch of times.

I'm assuming the tire blew...? I bet the vehicle suffered damage previously, and the sidewall stress from the conveyor and or correlator transition was the final straw....

I've seen outside passenger side, and in and outside drivers side, but never passenger inside. Any pictures?
