I have about 10 high def security cameras at my wash but still can't seem to dispute many claims the way I'd like. And secondly our service seems to have drop out in the video saved.

Beating my head against the wall with the company so am looking for referrals to new security provider. Also, I have read in older posts about Costco quality cameras being installed in the auto sentry canopy to get damage on the cars BEFORE they enter the wash.

I don't want to put in the camera arches I've seen at other washes. I have seen other washes install their own cameras in a wall or surround as the cars enter their tunnel. Love to hear from othe operators.

Costco systems work great to see if anything unusual happens but I think it's difficult to cover every square inch of a car that's dirty and see what might be revealed when it's clean. Some claims of marks or scratches can only be seen when the car was clean, you look at it in the right light, from the right angle and are about 6 inches away.

Those are also irregular items that do not fith the wash process, so it's the customer's misperception.

Anyone using the camera arches? We have independently located cameras that catch the car s on both sides coming and going but the sun glare and/or dirt block some of what we see. The dirt coming in can't be helped. So even if you had entry and exit camera arches or cameras, you still can not disprove the superfiacial marks on a car were not there before they come in.
