Damaged wash

I can hear it now: "I need to speak to the car wash owner about the car wash machine destroying my ladder rack".

100%. Happened to me more than once. One time a guy drive right into my soft gloss then called to say the machine damaged his car. Made it easy since I had his information and was able to go after his insurance. With they would all call actually.

Oh hell. He just wanted his ladder washed. How much damage did that do?!?! After fighting with insurance they paid my total claim. Ended up about $9500 with loss of income.
