DAN switchover from Bancorp & E-Xact to Tsys

Anyone out there switched over to Tsys? I am getting ready to do so and was wondering if the Tsys system allows us to issue credits or refunds like EXACT used to?

I answered my own question...E-XACT will still be the go between with DAN and Tsys.

I don't know if this is a stupid question? Are tsys rates better? I talked to someone (who was cold calling I guess?) and never got an answer just an email.

same. I guess Bankcorp went through Tsys but didn't have the volume they needed so Tsys took Bancorp's accounts in house.

Also got a cold call yesterday and they said rates were in fact better.

We compared and switched to TSYS last month. I will report on the rates after I see a statement. Mark
