Hi
I own a 360 touchless carwash made by sinostar model number S9 made in China

The issues im going thru is the cars that are being washed are not coming out with the same wash quality as before (images attached)

Products used are:
Presoak by mafra
Foam by mafra

I would appreciate any advice regarding this issue as it is effecting the carwash center performance.

Many thanks

Do the passes seem normal? Does the pressure seem right (hopefully you have a pump with a gauge). Are your nozzles functional (don’t forget nozzles bore out over time which would cause a pressure drop).

If the machine is physically operating as it was before you have a chemistry issue

Those cars actually look pretty good, for a touchless.

Where are you located? How long has this machine been in service? From what I read Mafra makes some pretty good products, they are located in Milano, Italy. You probably have an injector problem.

Thank you for answering 😘
The machine is 2 months old
Everything has been checked multiple times and all is good, pressure, settings, sequence of wash is all ok

What is the best presoak and soap recommended for quality finish without leaving haze and foggy residue on the cars paint finish

It looks to me like there's either poor coverage from the presoak or the spray tips on one side aren't spraying properly or at all. Half the roof and trunk of the car is clean and half isn't.

If you know how to do it, post a video of the process on Youtube. Shoot the video from outside the car and narrate it if possible; ('this is my presoak, this is my wax", etc)

If you do that, post the link here so we can see what's going on with your wash process...

I think you linked images directly from your Gmail, which doesn't work.

It’s hard to see on my screen if that is dirt/road film left or unrinsed detergent film. The picture also makes it look like one side of the car is drastically worse than the other. That seems especially weird on the trunk of an inverted L machine because not only does it travel from the front to back of the car, but it crosses over the back too. You definitely have a problem - I just can’t tell by the pics what is going on.

Looks like poor uniform chemical pattern from nozzles. Is this side of the car with the problem also the 1st pass of soap on this wash? Make sure all previous chemical is out before a new pass. It is easy to blame a poor wash on touchless, but it is not hard to get a near perfect wash with a good touchless machine. Soft water, titration, uniform application, Hi/low ph....all factor in. Get your Mafra chemical rep to help you get it right. He should be able to, if not, switch to another chemical with a rep that will.

Is this how all the cars are coming out? Or is it a fluke? It looks like a car went in to wash, had one or 2 presoak passes applied and then left the bay for some reason.
