Dema 401P Solenoid

Bare with me as I've been in the business for 4 months. I have a bad solenoid I need to replace and Kleenrite has about 5 different Dema 401P Solenoids. How do I know which one to order? Not sure how to post a pic, but I can email it to someone.

What are you using it for? There's most likely a better solenoid for less money.

DEMA solenoids are identified with a round tag on top with all the info you need except the coil voltage, which is stamped on the metal side of the coil.

It has the model number...then S.W.P 150, and M.O.P.D 150.

I will say this in my limited experience. This wash was built in 1988 and it doesn't look like many have been replaced in that amount of time so they must be pretty decent!?

Look on the side for the coil voltage. 99% chance it is 24V

yes, its 24V but there are still a few different ones on that voltage on their site

I'd replace it with a Kip, 1/4" NPT 1/8" orifice 24v. As long as the DEMAs have lasted, the Kip should last twice as long.
