Dencar Screen Consistently Freezing Up- 8 months old- Anyone Else

Wondering if any new dencar customers are running into this.
Screen was intermittently freezing up, can being back to life sometimes with system resets and power cycles but nothing consistent.
For the first time since install it’s nearly possible to get support on phone. Wondering if anyone else has ran into either issue and what fix was?

Thanks in advance for any replies or messages.

Make sure you double check all your connections. If that still has not fixed it, replace the touch panel and the control board for the touch panel.


Open a support ticket at the link above. It's faster than calling. If it's still under warranty they should send you a replacement for no cost.

Open a ticket online, they respond pretty quick. They don't answer the phone anymore. Did you update the temperature settings that was causing screen issues.

Actually ICS has an operator take your name and ID number with a quick assessment as to if you are down and you need quick assistance, or just an issue that can be resolved sometime that day. They give you a tracking number and they call you back (multiple times if they miss you or to just check that the issue has been resolved). Regardless how you compare their systems to the newer designs and innovations available from competitors the ICS customer service and support is very impressive.
