Hi! I’m trying to figure out how to do this with the Monyx app. Can you tell me how you set this up? I called Nayax and the CS guy said it wasn’t possible… but obviously it is! Thanks!

Alright assuming you have the Monyx app downloaded and have added all your machines to it now you need to add a payment card and the payment card your going to use is your pre-paid card that you would physically use on site to tap on the reader. There may be a few settings that customer support will have to update on your card reader about type of payments received or maybe a change to the settings of the pre-paid card itself because I remember having to call in initially and customer support changed something like that to make it work. Anyway once its setup it works great to open the app and pay for a wash remotely for a customer. You will need to know which bay your customers in though which I determine by using my cameras.
