Dexmor Led 7 and Cryptopay pause

We just installed cryptopay in our ss bays (we use Dexmor Led 7 timers). We have the timer set to .25/24 sec/10 Coins (4 mins for $2.50). Our cryptopay is configured to the same.

Our issue is....
The timer runs for 3 mins 55 secs, then shuts off but turns back on at 4 mins 10 secs.

We are totally new to the this whole car wash gig so I'm not even sure where to start.

Is this just on one bay or all bays?

All bays, we finally figured out that it was a wiring mistake. Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my post!
