Agreed especially if the tire cleaner concentrate is actually strong enough to clean tires. You don't want any of that on paint. You should already have a low pressure system for mixing and pumping the tire cleaner. You just need to connect it to the high pressure boom manifold above each bay but will need a check valve to prevent the high pressure functions from blowing the tire cleaner lines and solenoid valves. You could also put it on a separate foam gun but keep in mind that unless you are in a warm climate you will need freeze protection for that gun and hose.
