Hello - I recently had to update my American changer 8001 to make it PCI compliant. Now my display screen will light up, but there is no text. Any ideas?

Thanks! I actually saw that last night a moved it around and didn't seem to work.
The display screen was working, until one of the boards they sent me for the upgrade was faulty. I disconnected all parts and sent it back, once i received the new parts(for the second time) the text would appear. i've moved wiring and tried everything American changer instructed me to do - with no change.
