I have a led 6 timer with Cryptopay on count up. Today the timer just stuck with the display stuck on “aux”. According to Dixmor, Aux is for AUXILIARY INPUT (yellow/black wire #7) a pulse single longer than one second will show `AUX` on timer. Is the long pulse a sign that the crypto swiper or tap to pay unit is bad?

You need to go into the Program mode for the Dixmor to check all your settings. When this happened to us we had to re-input all the settings.

Are you using the #7 AUX INPUT wire? If not, make sure it's insulated and not touching another wire or terminal.

Thanks for all your replies! It ended being a missing wire nut at the end of wire #7 that allowed the wire to contact the metal timer enclosure. Bay is back up and running!
