Does anyone have an ice vending machine?

I am looking for feedback on anyone who has a self serve ice vending machine.

I don't have one but there is one right down the street from my wash. I don't know how long it was there before I noticed it but I noticed it about a year ago. In that period I have seen 1 guy working on it and 1 guy using it. Looks like a bad idea to me.
