Yes ... I could not help but have a deeper sort of chuckle partially because of the following ....

About 2 hours ago my brand new neighbors from the state of Iowa ... with their Akita young dog was barking at me thru the chain link fence ... while I was intent on doing a quick needed watering of mine & my brother's garden. First off ... I chewed the dog out for not recognizing a "dog whisperer" when he sees one & then I played with him by spraying his way with the cold city water. Yes ... he was a willing participant!!! Upper 80s outside .... so he definitely liked it & actually quit his very loud barking!

Sorry, but that is very dangerous and irresponsible.

I pretty much agree with you. Although amusing to watch, it's also scary. Probably filmed in a 3rd World country where just about anything goes.

It's def Europe judging by the license plates. Probably a stray dog, and while certainly dangerous for the dog, it's still amusing to see it using the top brush as an ear and back scratcher and walking away uninjured.
