In all seriousness, I have sent wiring diagrams to customers, told them to ditch the wire nuts and make it look like the drawing, and then call me back.
Phoenix connectors are all over Amazon, readily available.
I'm probably in the minority, but I hate when wire is bundled up with dozens on zip ties to make it look neat. It's so easy to nick a wire while cutting those off for repair, which could unknowingly introduce more issues if the cut isn't noticed. I would rather have the first picture than have to precisely cut dozens of zip ties.

Bundling them isn't just to make them look neat. Having them floating in a rat's nest is a sure-fire way to get them pinched or nicked when you open and/or close the door.
