Door motor keeps running while door closed

Hello, one of my doors acting up when someone/something goes through it while coming down. It stops but then it starts going down again but this time ignores the limit switch and the motor keeps running although the door is down, to the extend that can explode the springs. Is this a mother board issue?
As if the door thinks its opening up like how it should when it detects something but it is actually going down.

Update: problem solved: the breakers were loose making the door not stop completely when see an obstruction and keep going down while the machine thinking it is opening like how it supposed to. The machine thinking its opening while it is actually closing, when the door hit the ground, it completely ignores the limit switch and keep running.
