DRB/Unitec Teller Programming

I recently installed the Portal TI and learning all of its programming abilities. I have not learned where and how the initial purchases take place/applied when customers desire to purchase multi wash packages. I'm assuming I apply the purchase since I load all the data etc, I just dont see where it takes place. Im reviewing everything online remote while reading the manuals.
