Ok, I thought I had this figured out but I need suggestions. I am running Kleen rite super Kleen powder presoak. It does not foam enough so people get mad. I added a dual barb injector and Simoniz foamer now have all kinds of foam. The problem is that I am using too much foamer. I have a yellow tip on the presoak and a tan tip on the foamer but I am still using too much foamer. I tried diluting the foamer but that made it thinner resulting in more being injected. Since tan is the smallest tip, does anyone have any suggestions? I wonder what would happen if I added the foamer directly to the presoak every time I mix up a new batch? Might try that next if I do not get better suggestions.

I'm not going to be much help on telling you where to find it, but at least you can start a search. I've seen smaller tips used with something called capillary lines. They're like surgical lines, but made for us. Not sure if Windtrax or Kleen-Rite carries them.

Blendco uses a tip with a small tube attached that extendeds into the draw tube to create a restriction. By cutting the smaller tube shorter you can increase the amount of solution that is drawn in. I use flow meters between my chemical and my dual injectors to regulate how much of each is drawn in. For the foamer I use a 1 to 5 gallon flowmeter and set it to draw between 1 to 1.5 gph. Superkleen powder does not have any surfactant so it does not foam much, you add the surfactant to it for the proper cleaning mix.

I mix the foamer (1 Gal.) with the Superkleen powder in a 55 gal. barrel . Works great. I tried doing what you are doing and had the same issue. Used way too much foamer. Mix it to your preference and be done with it. Use single barb injector. (or plug one port)

I was running my foamer at 400/1 with simoniz correct. So if you go with the metering tip route with your soap I would try it at 200/1. I would try adding the foamer to your mix first and plugging one of the two injectors. gearheads recipe would be a good place to start.
