Easy way to replace entire chain

Rob

New member
Hi Guys
Thsi is my first go around with replacing the entire chian and rollers I have replace links, sprokets, and rebult wraps but not the entire chain

I have a dura trans conveyor from Belanger, any good tips on a easy way to do this. I have a 85 foot tunnel.

Thanks

Bob

Take the chain apart at both ends of the conveyor. Remove the plate at the exit end of the conveyor that covers the drive sprocket. Attach a rope to the chain and pull the top level of chain out. Now pull the new chain back into the top level. Reattach the chain and run the conveyor so the new section is on the bottom and repeat the steps above.
