EBAY - Let's share non-paying bidders.

I know I'm not the only one here that sells on ebay from time to time. Once or twice a year I get in the mood to turn some unwanted items into cash. Usually these items are car wash related. I'm sure if others here are selling CW items we share the same pool of bidders, and non-paying bidders. In ten years I had had only one NPB, which I actually collected on when I bumped into him by chance, in Las Vegas (boy, was he embarrassed). Within the last month I have had three. They are a pain in the (_!_) and with ebay's useless feedback system there is no way to easily spot them until it is too late. Anyone have any non-payers that they would like to share with me so I can add them to my Blocked Bidder List & not have to deal with them in the future? Just those related to the CW business.

Works for me, actually, lets add their real names if known. That is why I added the Customer Review area. We are like the present "Lets be politically correct" crap, becareful not to offend anyone. That is what they are able to keep screwing people because they are not made accountable.

My cases against kawasaki408 and tagreen76 have already closed so their info is no longer available to me. I actually talked to kw408 on the phone, so when I get my phone bill I will search the # and see if I can get more info. I do remember he was in Las Vegas.

The info I have for "ruthiransiva" is mixed. I find "Siva Ruthiran" on manta.com listed as a business, and also find a name "Ruthiran Siva" associated with the same address,

I don't understand? Do you ship the item and then they don't pay or does it just kill the transaction because they win the auction then don't pay?

No, you don't ship the item until they pay via Paypal. You have to wait 4 full days before you can file a NPB case then another 4 days before you can close it and get your final value fees back, even then you don't get your listing fees back. You then have to relist and wait another week, possibly less, to see if it sells. Another disadvantage is that it makes the original auction appear to possibly be a scam when the exact same item pops up for sale a week or two later when it had ended with a winner before.

It sucks for the honest sellers, but eBay changed the feedback system because some bad ones were holding feedback "hostage" to get positive feedback for themselves. I got an email from a seller that said he'd give me negative feedback unless I left positive feedback for him.
