Where do you find places to find employees?
Do you guys have a high turnover rate, asking specifically for tunnel car washes

I've used Indeed. Set your daily spend limit to like $5 per day. Expect to go through hundreds of applicants before selecting one for an interview. Then keep doing that until you find someone you like. I have incredible employees and their applications and interviews easily stood out from everyone else. Take time and look early. The last person I hired took 4 months of searching but has been with me a few years now.
