Has anyone used Equilibrium monitoring equipment (www.eqpiot.com)?

Received a flyer and it looks/sounds interesting. Concept is great, pricing is very high so looking for a similar solution at a fraction of the cost. Not ready to spending $3-$5K on equipment plus $100/month. Must be something similar on the market to monitor chemical levels as well as a few other things in the wash? Currently using Wyze cameras everywhere to visually monitor most things at the wash.

I thought this looked interesting too especially for monitoring product usage but have been hesitant to make the investment without hearing some testimony on it.

I can't see a need for off site chemical level monitoring. Someone needs to be on site with enough frequency to clean up and solution levels can easily be maintained for a week of washing. Can it tell you if pump, hose, bearing, or motor fails?

True enough. But for data junkies it is a good way to monitor our wash.

I have met a few owners (SS only)who just hire someone to sweep trash and put 3 drops of oil in pumps each month. For them knowing chemical levels would be helpful.

We use a Single temp sensor inside heated troth at coldest point as an alert that something is amiss but those too are expensive at scale ($125 each). At least that sensor does not have a monthly recurring cost.

We've built or own monitoring system years ago. It is expensive depending on what you want to monitor. Currently we monitor over 200 hundred inputs and outputs, including chemical monitoring. But its not a cure all. You still have to observe your site in person. If any input or output hits an alert, we get a text. Nice thing about it, it logs everything. We can compare the log to video footage, and get a better picture of any issue.
