Etowah Valley Old Faithful glass front

Anybody else have one of these? If so, how had your's held up? I e had mine 18 mos, & had multiple issues!
Usually unplug for a few minutes, then plug back in, & it starts working again.
However, last time it quit for 2 days, then started working again. Etowah couldn't help us.
Well, this time it's been down 4 days, Etowah couldn't help us & gave up.
It has power, but won't vend anything.

Anybody else have issues with Old Faithful?

When you put money in, it just says "select another product" & doesn't dispense...

It could be the keypad you push for selection.

Jack, Find out who makes the control board and the key pad, it's one or the other. I don't think they are made by Etowah valley.

None that I can think. You'd think they would last longer than 18 months.

They told me how to adjust things to get consistent vend. I thought, well if you knew this, why in hades didn't you adjust it before it shipped.

Yeh, doesn't make sense at all. I still don't know whats wrong, & it's just a dam guessing game. Can't get there cause I coach fulltime 75 miles away. Frustrating

Etowah called my manager, who's pretty sharp. So far, they are dumbfounded.
Supposed to call later, & see if they can figure it out.
Motor is working...

Ok, they called back a couple days later, & after about an hour they figured it out.
Seems like the motherboard was just dirty & had cobwebs...?
