I want to open a touchless car wash in Romania, do you know any European IBAs manufacturer or what would you recommend for IBA? I can't invest 100k only in the equipment since I could make 2-3$ maximum on a wash and I expect 20-30 cars per day.

Seems like the Chinese route is going to be your best bet if you want a new machine given your market there. So basically you have a used name brand or new Chinese. I guess you'd have to examine the unit. I'm not totally Chinese hating like some are - I always try to buy the better American made item if I can but Chinese manufacturing and QC has improved greatly on many things - just depends on who the products are made for.
