My neighbors wife gave birth in the back of their minivan on the wat to the hospital 24 years ago. Most of the fluids were confined to a blanket but there was enough overflow that it merited a cleaning by my detail guy. By comparison we do biohazard clean ups for our local police department on a regular basis. There is nothing worse than a combination of blood and alcohol laced vomit. My guys have to wear respirator to do these jobs.
