I had a problem with my self serve and vacuums last week. Turned out cryptopay had a server go down. I did not have any problems with our automatics though.
We did have problems with the automatics when we first started with comm errors. Everwash worked with us and found out the stacking setting was wrong. Since they changed the setting Everwash has been working great. My automatics use the Touch for wash modules.

I posted an article about Everwash after an extremely difficult day. It was my 1st post. I love the Carwash forum and read it on a regular basis. I’ve been in the car wash business going on 23 years. It was not fair to Everwash and you guys to express my feelings after a bad day. We all have them. Recently we were having recurring problems at 2 of our locations. One I own and another that I use to own but still help at. The one I own had the most problems. Thanks to Chris at Everwash I think the problem is fixed. The car wash industry is constantly changing more so now than ever. I was in the video rental industry for more than 15 years. To compete against the big boys like Blockbuster we had a company named Rentrak where you could get many copies of movies and share the revenue. This gave us a chance to compete and keep our current and new customers happy and coming back and end up making more money at the same time which we did. With multi million dollar car washes coming to ever street corner and building in smaller towns I feel like Everwash and companies like them was a similar way to go and complete. And I still do. And yes I would recommend Everwash to Car Wash owners in a similar situation that I am in. Good luck
